It has a protection button for activation and a continuous operation switch. Made of stainless steel and with IPX3 protection. Quick assembly and easy disassembly of the shafts for proper cleaning that ensures a long service life. Used for making whipped cream, sweets, cream, mayonnaise, sauces. Ideal for confectioneries, restaurants, catering.  Vortex 75VV head which supports 2.200 ÷ 11.500 rpm knife speed and 350÷1.800 rpm whisk speed.
